TFA8S CNC lathe is a semi-closed-loop inclined bed turning and milling machine with X, Y, Z, and C axis servo control. It has a compact and reasonable structure and dimensions, and the main axis (C axis) is driven by a servo motor. It can realize the turning of the outer circle, end face, and thread of various materials of shafts, disks and other parts, and various processes such as radial and axial curved surface milling and drilling, and is suitable for the efficient processing and manufacturing of small parts.

1. The main basic parts such as the integral base, slide, support plate, spindle box, etc. are all made of high-rigidity cast iron structure. Reinforcement ribs are distributed inside the base. After multiple processes to eliminate stress, the base has higher structural strength and stable dimensional accuracy. The slide is a box-type structure, which ensures the high rigidity and anti-bending and shock-absorbing performance of the basic parts; the basic parts are molded with resin sand and aging treatment to ensure the stability of the long-term use accuracy of the machine tool and provide a guarantee for the stability of the machine tool performance.
2. The X, Y, and Z guide rails are high-quality rolling linear guides from Taiwan or imported, and automatic forced lubrication is used to achieve high-speed movement of the machine tool;

The X, Y, and Z feed axes use high-precision and high-strength ball screws from Taiwan or imported, with high feed speed; the drive motor is directly connected to the screw through an elastic coupling, and the feed servo motor directly transmits power to the high-precision ball screw, without backlash, to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine tool;
4. The brand high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity spindle unit is used, with strong axial and radial load-bearing capacity, high speed, and low temperature rise.

5. The hydraulic chuck or collet is used to clamp the workpiece, with high clamping accuracy and high processing efficiency;
6. The X, Y, and Z direction guide rails and lead screws are all sealed with stainless steel internal protection to ensure the cleanliness of the lead screws and guide rails, and to ensure the transmission and movement accuracy of the machine tool;
7. The power head can be flexibly configured, with 4 side power heads and 4 end power heads. It is convenient for milling and drilling in two directions, and the speed of each power head is consistent;
