The TFAS series horizontal turning center has good rigidity, high efficiency and convenient chip removal. After being equipped with a power turret, C-axis and Y-axis, it has turning functions as well as drilling and milling functions, so that most or all of the parts processing processes can be completed on this machine tool to improve production efficiency and processing accuracy.
With C-axis function (can be indexed at any angle), one clamping can complete multiple functions such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping, etc., avoiding the error caused by secondary clamping. It is very suitable for machining shaft and disc parts, turning threads, arcs, cones, and internal and external curved surfaces of rotating bodies, and other workpieces with complex shapes and more processes. The rigidity of the spindle, bed, tailstock and other components is reasonably matched in the design, which greatly improves the rigidity of the whole machine and ensures the stability during heavy cutting. Therefore, the external circle precision of this machine tool can reach IT6~IT7 level. As a general-purpose machine tool, it is particularly suitable for high-efficiency, large-scale and high-precision machining of rotating body parts in locomotive, aerospace and other industries.
 

1. This machine tool is a high-speed, high-precision, and high-reliability CNC inclined bed machine tool. The main components such as the bed base, bed, and headstock are all cast with high-strength materials to ensure the stability of the machine tool for long-term use.
2. It adopts a 30° or 45° overall inclined bed structure and is equipped with a high-precision preloaded linear rolling guide. The machine tool has high position accuracy, smooth chip removal, and is suitable for high-speed and high-precision machining.
3. The high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity cartridge-type spindle unit and servo spindle motor can achieve higher spindle speeds. The spindle unit is assembled in a constant temperature room, and after assembly, it is run in a constant temperature for 72 hours continuously. After being installed on the machine, it is tested for 72 hours continuously to ensure the reliability of high-speed and high-precision performance.

4. The X/Z servo motor is directly connected to the lead screw through a high-torque, low-inertia elastic coupling. The lead screw support adopts a pre-stretched structure, which can eliminate the transmission backlash and pre-compensate the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine tool during long-term operation, ensuring positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy; it adopts advanced centralized automatic lubrication device, automatic intermittent lubrication with timing and quantity, and works stably and reliably.
