The TFAS series horizontal turning center has good rigidity, high efficiency and convenient chip removal. After being equipped with a power turret, C-axis and Y-axis, it has turning functions as well as drilling and milling functions, so that most or all of the parts processing processes can be completed on this machine tool to improve production efficiency and processing accuracy.
With C-axis function (can be indexed at any angle), one clamping can complete multiple functions such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping, etc., avoiding the error caused by secondary clamping. It is very suitable for machining shaft and disc parts, turning threads, arcs, cones, and internal and external curved surfaces of rotating bodies, and other workpieces with complex shapes and more processes.
