TVK736 machine tool is a CNC bed milling machine with strong bearing capacity. The three-way guide rails are hardened hard rails with wide guide rails, large span, compact and reasonable structure and overall dimensions. The spindle is driven by frequency conversion or servo motor through synchronous belt. It can be used for milling, drilling, reaming and other functions. It can realize the processing of complex and high-precision parts such as discs, plates, shells and moulds. It is suitable for the processing of plane, bevel, groove, hole and other processes of various kinds of small and medium-sized parts. It is an ideal processing equipment for machinery, electronics, instruments, meters, moulds, automobiles and other industries.

1. The main components such as base, column, worktable, middle sliding seat and lifting sliding seat are all cast with high-strength materials, and are artificially aged to ensure the stability of the machine tool in long-term use and guarantee the stability of the machine tool performance.
2. Adopt high-speed, high-precision, high rigid main shaft, strong bearing capacity.
3. The X, y and Z direction guide rails of the worktable are sliding guide rails, which are quenched by super audio frequency and precisely ground. The sliding guide surface is precisely scraped and grinded, and coated with composite PTFE material, with automatic forced lubrication, to reduce the friction resistance of feed movement, reduce low-speed crawling, and improve the precision life of the machine tool.
4. Z direction is to increase the holding brake servo motor to ensure the stable and smooth lifting movement of the main shaft.

5. The operating system of the machine tool is hung on the right upper part of the machine tool through the arm, which conforms to the principle of ergonomics. The operating box can rotate at a certain angle, and the operation is convenient and reliable.
6. The X, Y, Z three-way feed adopts high-precision, high-strength ball screw, driven by servo motor, to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
7. The guide rail and ball screw adopt protective device to ensure the cleanness of the guide rail and screw, and ensure the transmission and operation accuracy of the machine tool.
8. The electric lubrication device can force lubrication for the vertical, horizontal and vertical lead screws and guide rails, reduce the wear of the machine tool, and ensure the efficient operation of the machine tool; at the same time, the cooling system can change the size of the coolant flow by adjusting the nozzle to meet different processing needs.
